At this time we are offering credits in the form of E-gift cards if you are not satisfied with your order. We will issue this credit provided you notify us before sending merchandise back. You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide us with a shipment tracking number as well as your reason for exchange, firstname.lastname@example.org. We will only accept merchandise that is unused, unwashed and is in it's original condition, with tags intact.
